Ideas to make Mauritius better

From time to time, I marvel at how fortunate I am to have good, earnest and thoughtful friends. Today was one of those days.

Part of making things better is imagining the scope of the problem. And Avinash, in his very brave and creative way, has helped make that a possibility. Not content to whine about what's wrong like most people, he's taken a major step in prioritizing what's wrong, and inspiring people to fix what's wrong. Bravo, Avinash.
